Journey to the Catskills:

I love motorcycling and many years ago I would ride up here, so twelve years ago, when I was looking for a place to get away from the city, this became a natural place to look upstate. It’s the greenest place on earth in the summer and being Danish I can even embrace the winters here.

Vocation:

I’m a keynote speaker on the topic of rethinking self-care at work so that we can build a better and healthier work culture together.

Avocation:

I like spending time in nature and being outdoors, however, these days my time is spent writing my new book coming out in the fall called The Self-Care Mindset®

Happiness Is:

Spending time with friends.  

Favorite Dish:

I’m a fish and greens lover, add in some sweet potato and I’m in heaven.

Ideal Country Home:

The one I have; simple, open, spacious, and easy access to the outdoors.
